Jared is a Pitching, Hitting, and Catching coach with 20-plus years of coaching at the Club and High School levels.
Jared took a recreational team in National Youth Sports and turned it into the Vendetta softball organization, which he built into a winner, and later was head coach of the Arizona Outlaws Elite. He has a track record of taking teams to nationals and girls going on to the next level.

Sarah started batting lessons with Jared in her junior year of high school. Batting in the low .200s and with very little bat speed, reaching the fence was an obstacle. In her senior year, she batted .408 with 4 home runs. In her freshman year in college, she hit .324 with 9 home runs with one in the college world series.
